To kick off FY27 and maintain the momentum we've built in FY26, we're extending select CSP promotions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot and introducing new Copilot promotions. Together, these create an even more compelling set of offers to accelerate AI adoption and grow every deal.

Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, and Microsoft 365 E7 promotion lineup
All Microsoft 365 E3 and Microsoft 365 E5 promotions are extended until September 30, 2026. Microsoft 365 E7 promotions will be live through December 31, 2026.

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business promotion lineup
Both Copilot one-year promotions are new for FY27 and run through September 30, 2026. We’re also introducing a new Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business promotion and extending the Microsoft 365 Copilot Business standalone promotion through December 31, 2026.

Next steps
- Prioritize the right customers: Target accounts with existing Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, or Microsoft 365 Business investments, budget clarity, AI readiness, and active or successful Copilot pilots. Use ASPX for customer targeting data.
- Turn pilots into scaled deployments: Move high-intent customers from pilot to broad rollout, and use the extended and new promotions to close before quarter end.
- Lead with commitment: Position the three-year term promotions for customers with budget clarity and a plan to expand Copilot across more users; use the one-year promos for those still validating early adoption.
- Grow every deal: Use the promotions to expand seat counts, increase deal size, and secure long-term AI commitments.
- Validate before quoting: Confirm final pricing, eligibility, seat requirements, and promotion IDs in Partner Center at checkout.
