Validate eligibility for CSP growth margins through APIs
Get early access to CSP growth margins discovery and eligibility validation.

To support sales planning for the October 1, 2026, launch of Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) license-based growth margins, Microsoft will provide distributors and direct bill partners with early access to select growth margins capabilities beginning September 23, 2026. During this early-access period, partners can confirm customer eligibility, download relevant information, and prepare to transact when growth margins launch on October 1, 2026.
Beginning at 00:00 UTC on September 23, 2026, CSP partners will be able to
- Validate customer eligibility for growth margins through the eligibility API.
- Discover and download growth margins information, such as eligible SKUs and minimum seat requirements, using the Pricing workspace in Partner Center.
The general availability date for growth margins transactions remains unchanged: October 1, 2026.
Partners can continue transacting as they do today, with applicable CSP promotions. As announced in July 2026, partners can begin transacting with growth margins on October 1, 2026.
