Details
Starting November 1, 2026, Microsoft retires AI Builder capacity add-ons from sale. Customers with active subscriptions can continue using their existing AI Builder credits through the end of their current subscription term.
Important
Partners must turn off auto-renew before each customer's next renewal date to prevent the retired add-on from renewing.
Next steps
- Turn off auto-renew for affected AI Builder capacity add-ons before each customer's next renewal date. Direct bill partners and indirect providers can do this in Partner Center.
