To simplify the CSP catalog and reduce confusion, Microsoft is updating the Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 Nonprofit 3‑year offers.

- Impacted audience: Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) direct bill partners and indirect providers
- Duplicate SKUs currently showing 3‑year (triennial) terms are end-of-sale (EOS)
- A single, correct SKU per product remains, supporting:
- 3‑year commitment
- Annual and triennial billing options
Next steps
- Use the SKU labeled “three-year” for all three‑year transactions.
- EOS date: July 1, 2026 (aligned with price list update).
- Don't transact on SKUs scheduled for EOS.
