Introducing the Eligibility Dashboard
On this page9 sections
Eligibility Dashboard: your single location to track Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) direct bill authorization requirements.
- Impacted audience
- CSP direct bill partners
The Eligibility Dashboard brings together requirement status, actions, and key timing in one place, so your organization can more easily understand what is complete, what needs attention, and where to take action.
The eligibility dashboard will be made available to direct bill partners gradually through mid-September. Availability for indirect resellers and distributors will be communicated in future updates.
Benefits for partners
- One place, one truth: all requirements, statuses, and deadlines are in the Eligibility Dashboard
- Better planning: proactive visibility gives you more time to address authorization requirements before key deadlines
- Clearer next steps: direct guidance helps partners understand what action to take and where to complete it
How tenant-level enforcement works
For this release, partner program enrollment and the security requirement are validated at the tenant level. If one or more tenants under your partner global account don't meet a tenant-level requirement, only the affected tenant is at risk, provided all PGA level requirements are met.
Importantly, this release changes how certain direct bill annual eligibility requirements are validated and surfaced. Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) enrollment and the associated security requirement are enforced at the tenant level rather than the partner global account (PGA) level.
Trailing 12 months (TTM) revenue ≥ 1 million USD, active support plan, and solutions partner designations aren't changing and continue to be validated at the PGA level. Access to the Eligibility Dashboard is available to the global administrator and admin agent roles within the partner organization.
At release, partners can view tenant-level status for MAICPP enrollment and the security requirement in Partner Center. Enforcement for these tenant-level requirements begins 90 days after release, giving partners time to review status, identify tenants marked “Action Required,” complete remediation, and confirm updates are reflected before enforcement starts.
To determine how to identify all of the CSP enrollments associated with a partner organization, review the Discover location and CSP tenants article.
Security requirement
Partner Center displays the security requirement status for the tenant you’re currently signed in to. To review the status of all tenants associated with your PGA, follow the tenant discovery guidance.
Partner program enrollment
MAICPP enrollment is validated annually for each tenant associated with your PGA, providing clearer visibility into which tenants meet the requirement and which require action. This validation is in addition to the existing obligation for partners to maintain enrollment in the MAICPP and always have a valid MAICPP agreement in place to qualify as a Microsoft partner and participate in Microsoft benefits and offers.
If a tenant doesn't show an active MAICPP enrollment, verify that the tenant is associated with the correct partner location account (PLA) and that the PLA is linked to a PGA with an active MAICPP enrollment. Incorrect account associations might prevent a tenant from reflecting an active MAICPP status even when the partner is actively participating in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
Common causes of an inactive MAICPP status include:
- The tenant is associated with an incorrect PLA
- The tenant is associated with a PLA that isn't linked to a PGA with an active MAICPP enrollment
- Required Partner Center account or location associations aren't completed correctly
To review or update your MAICPP locations and associations, see Manage your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program account locations, and add or delete a location.

Next steps
What you need to do when the Eligibility Dashboard is available
- Review the consolidated authorization view: in Partner Center, go to Settings > Account settings and select Eligibility Dashboard to view your direct bill authorization requirements, including which requirements are validated at the PGA level and which requirements are validated at the tenant level.
- Validate PGA and tenant-level status: review status across all direct bill authorization requirements, including PGA-level requirements such as TTM revenue ≥ 1 million USD, active support plan, and Solutions Partner designation (SPD), as well as tenant-level requirements for Security Requirement and MAICPP enrollment. Identify any requirements or tenants marked Action Required and confirm who in your organization owns remediation for each item.
- Prioritize remediation before enforcement begins: use the 90-day period before enforcement starts to complete required actions for affected tenants and track progress internally until the updated status is reflected in Partner Center.
- Report discrepancies after remediation: if a requirement status still appears incorrect more than 24 hours after remediation is complete, contact Partner Center support before enforcement begins.
